Our Boxing Classes in Vancouver
Our boxing classes are for all skill levels, ages 16 and up. You can expect boxing training to be intense but a lot of fun! At Titan, we focus on a variety of punching techniques, footwork, shadowboxing, speed and power. If you would like to compete, we’ll guide you through competitions and testing yourself in the ring. This is optional, and we’re happy to support you and your boxing goals.

Ash Mashreghi
With 20 years in the martial arts arena, Ash is a seasoned fighter and instructor with a passion for teaching. For 15 years, he has honed his skills in fighting and coaching, even representing Team Canada as a coach at the 2016 World Muay Thai Tournament in Sweden. As a former Battlefield Fight League World Welterweight Champion and the #4 ranked welterweight in BC, his prowess is undeniable. Ash holds a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and specializes in Muay Thai, MMA, Boxing, and Wrestling. Beyond combat sports, he’s also a dedicated personal trainer for strength and conditioning, ensuring his students are not only skilled fighters but also peak athletes.
