As Ken Tran suggests, “What we recommend is trying all the disciplines. So we get the kids to try Jiu-Jitsu or kickboxing to see what they like or what they’re more interested in. A lot of times, they’ll start in kickboxing but then they’ll try Jiu-Jitsu, and then they’ll add that too, and end up doing both.
